All shipments subject to re-weigh and re-measurement by Headwin International Logistics and/or its subcontractors. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Including Loss/Damage/Pilferage - sea freight & airfreight shipments are governed by the terms and conditions set forth on the air & sea carriers Bill of Lading. DOMESTIC SERVICES: The Carrier or Cartman to whom the order is assigned will be responsible for any loss/damage/pilferage under the terms and conditions of the Carrier or Cartman Bill of Lading. It is mutually understood & agreed that the liability of Headwin International Logistics, is limited to Fifty Dollars ($50) per shipment unless a higher value is declared in writing in advance by the shipper or consignee and supplementary charge paid for in advance.
